Does your artwork come framed?

All artwork is unframed. This includes original paintings and drawings, and prints.

Will my item be exactly the same as I see it on my computer screen?

Different screens can display colours slightly differently, so there may be a slight difference to what you see on the actual product. If you can make it to our gallery, we would be happy to show you around.

How can I pay for my order?

Our payment options include Credit Card, Direct Bank Transfer, and Cash on Collection. For custom work and commissions, we do support initial deposits but you can also pay the full amount upfront.

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order prior to it being shipped out. We may deduct a maximum of 10% of your order price for bank service and handling fees. We cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.
