Do my Original Sketches and Prints come framed?

All Original Sketches and prints come with mats. We can also provide framing at an extra charge for selected items. When you place your order you will have the option to add a frame if it is available for the item you have ordered.

Will my original artwork, print or gift product be exactly the same as I see on my computer screen?

Unfortunately all computer screens can vary so their may be slight differences in colour to the original image.

How do you ship your canvas products?

Canvas items sold in Singapore will be delivered personally by us.

Canvas items sold internationally are shipped packaged in a box. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can get a quote for your shipping cost.

If you would prefer, we may take the the canvas off it’s frame and roll it for shipping to reduce shipping costs. The customer is then responsible for framing their canvas upon arrival. It is recommended that the canvas is taken to a framer to be framed on receipt of your item. If you choose this option all care is taken, however Red Brush Art accepts no responsibility for any cracking or damage to the canvas.

The preferred shipping method for Red Brush Art for canvas is on it’s frame and packaged.

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?

Payment for all International orders is via PayPal.

Payment for orders within Singapore can be made via Direct Bank Transfer or Paypal.

PROCESSING ORDERS

How long will it take me to receive my order?

We aim to ship original artwork and prints within 3-5 days of receiving your order.

For custom items, please allow 14-28 days to receive your order.

Payments must be received before items are are ordered and shipped by Red Brush Art.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Can I cancel an order?

You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out. A deduction of 10% bank service fee will be imposed for cancelled orders. We shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Can I return my artwork?

All goods may be exchanged for a store credit note (less 10% processing fee) within 7 days from date of purchase provided the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging. Exchanges are done at the expense of the customer when exchanged via post/courier. Any goods that are returned damaged or altered in some way, will not be exchanged. Unfortunately, we do not refund for incorrect choice or for not liking the product – so choose wisely.

How do I exchange items?

The best way to arrange for an exchange is to contact us as we will give you correct instructions pertaining to your particular order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Can I buy your artwork if I don’t live in Singapore?

We pride ourselves on being able to deliver ANYWHERE. Items are shipped from Singapore. Overseas clients are also serviced.

Delivery of original artworks will take between 1 to 2 weeks from time of shipment, depending on your location and size of your item.

Please be advised, we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes as someone has to be available to sign for the parcels. Please provide a street address for all deliveries.

All our items are sent by registered post. This means a unique identification number comes with each delivery, a tracking system to provide ease of mind, a signature is needed on delivery and your item is insured.

Any international customs costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I get a refund?

No. Red brush Art are only able to offer you store credits equivalent to the amount of the purchase price of your returned goods (less 10% processing fee). These store credits can be redeemed as cash equivalents on your next purchase. For the best arrangement, please contact us to service your return request.

Can I get a refund or exchange on Sale Items?

No. Unfortunately you cannot exchange or return sale items.

What if my package is damaged?

All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to their destination. In the rare event that you encounter damaged goods, you may contact our staff for assistance: lyn@redbrushart.com Please contact Red Brush Art within 7 days of receipt of package.

What is your address for returns or exchanges?

We usually advise customers to contact us before sending items back to us, in order to make sure the claim is a valid one. We’ll tell you the best way to handle your returns or exchanges and what you can expect from our end.

Who pays for shipping exchange or return items back to Red Brush Art?

In normal cases the customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us. Thus, we suggest you make careful selections before you finalise your order.
